Each year at the Cross Stitch Pals
Convention we have raffles to raise money for a charity. For
the past six years, we have raised money for the American Cancer
Society & Breast Cancer Research and the Make A Wish Foundation.
In 1998, we raised approximently $250
for ACS
1999 we raised around
$950 for ACS
2000, we raised over $2700
for ACS
2001, we raised almost
$4000 for ACS
2002, we raised $6395
for MAWF
2003, we raised $9312
for MAWF
We want to thank all of the people
who made this possible. Now we are working towards raising money
for the 2004 Convention which is held Nov 3rd thru 7th in Myrtle
Beach, SC. Our goal this year is $10,000. Please help us reach
our goal!
All money raised from the raffles will go to the Make-A-Wish
Foundation.
This year we have SEVEN wonderful items donated
that we will be selling raffle tickets for on-line. All tickets
are $1 each. You can purchase as many as you like for any or
all of the items. ALL checks/money orders must be made
payable to the Make-A-Wish
Foundation and
the drawings will be held on November 6th in Myrtle Beach. You
DO NOT have to be present to win. If you do win one of the raffles,
you must pay the shipping charges in advance to receive the item.
When sending a check/money order for tickets, you must send a
self-addressed stamped envelope to receive your half of the ticket
or we will email you asking for one. If your check is not made
payable to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, it will be returned to
you in your SASE! NO EXCEPTIONS!!! Also, please keep in mind
your check will not be given to the Make-A-Wish until November. Please email for address to send check/money order to for

you get to the end, and there is a form
